Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end revenue plan, annual budget, rolling forecast, and scenario modeling cadence.
• Maintain driver-based P&L, cohort, unit-economics, and revenue models connecting product, channel, and customer behavior to financial outcomes.
• Lead monthly revenue business reviews, explain forecast changes, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce executive-grade reporting, decision-ready briefs, variance analyses, and quantified recommendations with clear owners and success metrics.
• Partner with Data and Strategic Finance to automate data pulls, validate assumptions, productionize dashboards, and improve model scalability.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to translate roadmap and go-to-market dynamics into forecast inputs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, including ownership of revenue planning and forecasting.
• Experience with revenue modeling, P&L stewardship, unit economics, cohort and driver-based forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency with SQL, BigQuery or data warehouses, Looker or Sigma, and financial or ERP systems such as Adaptive and NetSuite.
• Strong analytical judgment, model governance, business partnering, executive communication, and stakeholder influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
• Experience in high-growth, product-led, marketplace, or e-commerce businesses.
• Background in investment banking or private equity.
