Finance Manager (Marketplace)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Marketplace P&L and drive data analyses to improve net margin contribution.
• Build complex forecasting models to track performance across revenue pillars, including promotions, pricing, and product enhancements.
• Forecast existing customer ARR and develop share-of-wallet models to support Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
• Standardize executive KPI reporting and deliver performance insights to senior leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Merchandising, and Product teams to align customer actions with financial outcomes.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to derive insights on redemption volume and user behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic analytics or FP&A within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, arrays, pivots, and conditional logic.
• Deep understanding of P&L dynamics, margin analysis, and revenue forecasting.
• Must be based in Toronto to support a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or rewards/marketplace environments.
• Familiarity with NRR/ARR forecasting and customer retention analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics platforms like Microsoft Copilot or Tableau Pulse.
