Operations Manager

Salary: $87,000–$91,000 per year plus cash incentives

hirify.global Distribution Company operates the distribution and delivery of hirify.global energy drink products.

What you will do

• Oversee the operations of an approximately 20,000–30,000 sq. ft. distribution facility.
• Manage inventory forecasting, product ordering in SAP, inventory counts, variances, and FIFO warehouse rotation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, accidents, and insurance matters for the delivery fleet.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and develop warehouse employees while managing performance issues.
• Maintain AIB standards, food safety programs, documentation, facility cleanliness, and operational quality.
• Identify and communicate operational best practices to the National Operations Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems, including SAP-based inventory processes.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Availability for 10–20% travel.
