Salary: $83,000–$95,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Oversee receiving, inventory, storage, and distribution of food, beverages, supplies, and merchandise.
• Lead daily receiving and storage operations for a high-volume warehouse handling more than 50 trucks per day.
• Coordinate pickups and distribution to more than 70 revenue centers within Sphere.
• Manage FIFO storage, inventory cycle counts, reconciliations, invoices, transfers, and shipment verification.
• Lead warehouse and beverage operations staff, including scheduling, payroll tracking, cross-training, recruitment, and supervisor development.
• Manage keg and soda bib inventory and coordinate preventative maintenance with vendors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Southern Nevada health and food regulations and proper food handling certifications.
• Ability to learn and use the Eatec inventory system for data entry and review.
• Adherence to TEAM training guidelines.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to work onsite on a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and occasionally heavier objects.
