Compensation: $120,000–$153,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the global sales capacity model, ensuring alignment with budget, hiring strategies, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain models to forecast headcount needs based on growth targets, productivity, and market opportunity.
  • Design and optimize sales coverage models to maximize market penetration and productivity.
  • Define and refine sales roles, responsibilities, and organizational structure.
  • Build scenario models to evaluate the impact of different sales strategies and market conditions.
  • Oversee the development and management of sales plans, including quotas, targets, and incentive design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Proven track record in sales capacity planning, coverage modeling, and compensation design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
