Salary: $68,000–$85,000 base plus variable commission

What you will do

  • Prospect and secure new-logo commercial and mid-market accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Perform deep discovery to understand operational challenges and present tailored, value-based solutions.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales lifecycle from qualification and solution design to contract signing.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders.
  • Partner with internal Product, Marketing, Legal, and Pre-Sales teams to align technical proposals with customer goals.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven success in B2B software or SaaS solution selling.
  • Documented history of closing six- to seven-figure enterprise contracts.
  • Expert proficiency in consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Extensive experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM ecosystems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
