Associate Product Manager, Global Family Office

Salary: $80,800–$133,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Support product features and enhancements throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery, release, and maintenance.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Scrum Teams, GFO business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support product delivery, testing, release readiness, performance follow-up, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of product management principles, Agile methodologies, and the product development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar product management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or digital product delivery.
• Familiarity with SAFe practices and product management frameworks.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and product delivery.
