Senior Site Controller, NORAM

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, with travel to different sites. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States and available to start within a short timeframe.

What you will do

• Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to site management and support strategic decisions.
• Lead month-end closing, cost analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting for production sites.
• Manage budgeting and planning for production cost centers across North American legal entities, including standard costing, activity rates, allocations, and assessments.
• Maintain standard costing in collaboration with Production and Master Data teams on bills of materials and recipes.
• Serve as the Cost Controlling Center of Excellence for North America by providing guidance, training, and best practices.
• Review capital investment projects, validate cost savings, and ensure internal controls, financial accuracy, asset protection, and audit compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Management Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in management accounting.
• Strong ACB experience.
• Exposure to SAP.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all management levels.
• Thorough understanding of financial analysis techniques.
