Senior Finance Analyst Operations

Location: Onsite at the primary manufacturing and engineering plant in Billerica, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $92,000–$126,500 per year

What you will do

• Build effective relationships with manufacturing, materials, logistics, and supply chain business partners.
• Manage period, burden, and variance spending, including factory spending and labor data for planning, analysis, closing, and reporting.
• Manage COGS and inventory accounting, including balance sheet processes, reserves, general ledger reconciliation, closing, and reporting.
• Maintain the factory accounting model and prepare cost accounting analyses with activity-rate and burden recommendations.
• Support balance sheet reviews, SOX and compliance processes, and ad hoc projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with business partnering and enterprise-level financial systems; SAP/BPC is preferred.
• Proven analytical skills and strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Experience with a large international manufacturing or engineering company is preferred.
• Ability to work at the Billerica, Massachusetts manufacturing and engineering plant; relocation eligibility is not available.
