What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept across security, networking, and developer platforms.
• Guide technical onboarding, implementation, adoption, account health, risk management, and expansion strategy.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer executives, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition, platform adoption, retention, and account expansion.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews and translate platform capabilities into measurable business value for C-level executives.
• Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Broad expertise in web security, routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, serverless systems, edge computing, and API-driven workflows.
• Experience operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment and understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to connect technical implementation details with C-suite business strategy.
• Ability to work in the United States location listed for the role; access to U.S.-controlled information may require authorization without export-license sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workers AI, AI Gateway, or Vectorize.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integration scripts, API connectors, and edge functions.
