What you will do

  • Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs.
  • Design and execute proofs of concept (POCs) to enable effective product evaluation.
  • Own the success and growth of assigned European enterprise accounts.
  • Create and execute success plans aligned to customer goals with clear KPIs.
  • Drive feature adoption and expansion opportunities across the customer base.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide strategic market feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, TAM) with enterprise customers.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or post-sale technical roles.
  • Deep familiarity with package managers (npm or PyPI) and programming ecosystems (JavaScript or Python).
  • Understanding of software supply chain security and vulnerability management concepts.
  • Ability to read/write basic scripts in Python, JS, or Go.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, integration, and source control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
