What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with small business clients.
• Develop new banking relationships and service existing business banking customers.
• Evaluate credit information and loan requests, recommend loan structures, and manage risk.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
• Work with branch partners and referral sources, including accountants and attorneys, to generate business and cross-sell bank products.
• Manage complex loan relationships and achieve targets for revenue, loan production, deposits, portfolio size, client relationships, calls, and product sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• More than 5 years of experience.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Strong credit skills for evaluating loan requests.
• Understanding of cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, selling, and relationship management skills.
