Materials Program Manager, Autonomy & Robotics (Robotics)

Location: Oakland, California, United States

Salary: $130,600–$192,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Build clear-to-build models across commodities ranging from fasteners to finished robots.
• Create demand and supply planning models and track sourcing-strategy performance.
• Investigate supply-chain breakdowns, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain material-readiness, inventory, and excess-and-obsolescence data across supplier, manufacturing, and deployment sites.
• Provide strategic recommendations as business and production needs evolve.
• Work hands-on with engineers, business leaders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of materials-readiness experience.
• Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, autonomy, and/or AI projects.
• An MBA or master’s degree in an analytical field.
• Significant experience building clear-to-build models with vendors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leading and organizing cross-functional efforts.
• High attention to detail and a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
