Inventory Control Supervisor (Robotics)

Location: On-site in San Carlos or Hayward, California, United States

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the inventory control function across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Manage global cycle count programs, inventory reconciliation, and inventory governance for warehouse and work-in-process inventory.
• Build, mentor, and develop a team of Inventory Control Analysts.
• Deliver inventory health reports, KPI dashboards, and executive-level analytics for production planning, financial reporting, and supply chain decisions.
• Investigate inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement standardized process improvements.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Logistics to improve inventory flow, support ECOs, and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, including team leadership or mentoring.
• Experience managing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, variance investigations, and inventory reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in high-volume robotics, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• APICS certification such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD.
• Experience with Foreign Trade Zones, duty drawback programs, global logistics, ERP implementations, or warehouse process optimization.
