Inventory Control Specialist (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Denton, TX, United States; 100% onsite at a data center

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 gross annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate records of servers, networking equipment, hardware, and other IT assets across the data center region.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of IT materials between data centers and other facilities.
• Conduct inventory audits, update records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Operations to allocate hardware and materials efficiently and optimize resource utilization.
• Document inventory activity, shipments, and audits, and prepare reports for management.
• Work with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance while supporting audits at other data center locations as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a data center environment and move or lift heavy objects.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn about cloud compute services.
• Must have work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
