LMS Administrator (Docebo)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year for US-based candidates; candidates outside the US may receive a location-specific range.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Docebo Learning Management System.
• Manage learning plans, catalogs, groups, notifications, permissions, dynamic enrollment strategies, and LMS assets.
• Design and maintain automated workflows, integrations, custom scripts, and reporting solutions.
• Develop Docebo API integrations with enterprise systems and maintain learning data integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving enrollments, automations, integrations, notifications, and reporting.
• Manage vendor support cases, upgrades, release testing, platform enhancements, documentation, and testing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Learning Technologies, Computer Science, Instructional Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering an enterprise Learning Management System.
• Advanced experience with Docebo or a comparable enterprise LMS.
• Experience working with APIs and developing automations or scripts using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong workflow automation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Must be based in the US for the stated compensation range.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or life sciences.
• Experience supporting compliance-based training programs.
• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning standards.
• Experience supporting global enterprise system implementations and change management.
