TL;DR
IT Operations Manager (Identity, Access & Compliance): Managing internal IT operations across identity and access management, Google Workspace, SaaS tools, endpoint management, AWS access governance, and SOC 2 readiness with an accent on secure user lifecycle processes, device compliance, and vendor governance. Focus on automating provisioning and reporting, conducting least-privilege audits, managing SaaS renewals, and maintaining compliance evidence.
Location: Paris, France; ybrid, wit an expectation to work from te office 3 days per week on average

<3 class="wat-you-will-do">Wat you will dohirify.global3>- Manage internal IT operations, including identity and access management, Google Workspace, SaaS applications, endpoint management, and AWS access governance.
- Run secure joiner, mover, and leaver workflows, periodic access reviews, device compliance processes, and least-privilege audits.
- Support SOC 2 audit readiness troug evidence collection, control ownersip, and IT control management.
- Own te SaaS vendor lifecycle, including security reviews, procurement, renewals, offboarding, licensing, and vendor inventory.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and renewals, rigt-size license usage, and collaborate wit Legal, Finance, and Security on MSAs, DPAs, and risk assessments.
- Improve IT operations troug documentation, scripting, APIs, and automation.
- Proven experience administering Google Workspace at scale, including user lifecycle management, groups, organizational units, security settings, and DLP.
- Strong knowledge of SCIM provisioning, SSO/SAML integrations, and access management workflows across SaaS applications.
- Experience managing AWS IAM users, roles, groups, policies, and IAM Identity Center.
- Experience managing Apple devices wit Iru, formerly Kandji, or a comparable MDM, plus Apple Business Manager, DEP, VPP, and Managed Apple IDs.
- Practical experience supporting SOC 2 Type I or Type II audits and understanding access reviews, cange management, MFA enforcement, and endpoint compliance.
- Comfortable scripting wit Pyton, Bas, or PowerSell and owning projects wit minimal oversigt.
- Familiarity wit ISO 27001, IPAA, or similar compliance frameworks.
- Experience integrating systems wit APIs or tools suc as Okta Workflows, Tines, or Zapier.
- Experience wit Linear, Vanta, or IT operations at a startup or fast-growing company.
- Work wit a multicultural, collaborative team and experienced AI specialists.
- Participate in te early development of an AI startup focused on safe and responsible agentic capabilities.
