What you will do

• Lead client-facing implementations for Treasury Management products and payment automation solutions from kickoff through production.
• Coordinate clients, Sales, vendors, and internal partners around scope, expectations, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, activity notes, reports, and related documentation.
• Measure project performance, solicit feedback, and implement approved actions or workarounds to mitigate risks.
• Support collaboration, team performance, and larger project initiatives under the direction of higher management.
• Identify risk-related issues for escalation and maintain internal control, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of proven general management, project analysis, or project management experience.
• Alternatively, 5 years of combined higher education and work experience, including at least 3 years of general management, project analysis, or project management experience and 2 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages.
• Knowledge of project scope, objectives, team responsibilities, requirements, constraints, and deliverables.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and coordinate multiple client and product implementations.
