Senior Manager, Broadline Foodservice

Location: Remote; the role supports a nationwide U.S. foodservice business and U.S. distributors and customers.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 base salary plus bonus.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day strategic relationships with broadline distributors including PFG, Vistar, Sysco, and US Foods.
• Engage contract foodservice customers including Compass, Canteen, Sodexo, and Aramark, supporting account strategy and execution.
• Develop distribution solutions that improve product reach, market penetration, availability, cost-effectiveness, and logistics efficiency.
• Coordinate with Foodservice and On-Premise, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales teams to resolve operational challenges and drive account growth.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, distribution performance, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics.
• Own monthly forecasts with a 95% accuracy goal, support annual business plans, and conduct regular business reviews.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in distribution, supply chain management, and/or foodservice.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or people-leadership experience.
• Experience with large broadline distributors and contract foodservice customers.
• Strong knowledge of foodservice distribution systems, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Experience coaching or mentoring individual contributors and translating data into actionable recommendations.
