Senior Associate, DFS Business Development (E-commerce Logistics)

Location: New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; United States - Remote

Salary: $73,120–$107,520 USD or $91,400–$134,400 USD, plus equity grants and sales commission

What you will do

• Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with leading retailers and e-commerce logistics partners.
• Lead growth and efficiency initiatives across e-commerce and supply chain operations.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and joint business planning sessions with partners.
• Analyze business data, customer feedback, patterns, and trends to identify future opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between partners and hirify.global leadership, product, legal, operations, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business development, e-commerce, partner management, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working cross-functionally and solving ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven problem-solving approach, strong business acumen, and analytical rigor.
• Confidence working with P&Ls and large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder updates.
