Lathe Operator

Location: Office-based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada; availability for day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts is required.

What you will do

• Set up and operate lathe machines for cutting, sanding, drilling, and finishing parts.
• Inspect finished products and verify compliance with design specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to assess dimensions.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent quality and production output.
• Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment while supporting positive workplace standards.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and technical drawings.
• Prior experience with CNC or manual lathe machines is preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Willingness to work days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
