What you will do

• Provide consultative HR support to leaders across operational areas, including talent development, engagement, and performance management.
• Administer HR policies and procedures and advise leaders on their interpretation and application.
• Manage employee relations cases, including counseling, discipline, and grievance handling.
• Lead direct reports and partner with management across multiple locations to align HR strategies and programs with business initiatives.
• Administer compensation programs and support job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management.
• Develop HR processes and procedures, analyze people metrics, and support departmental budgeting and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of coursework and related professional experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with employee relations, HR initiatives, HR strategy, leadership, and employee consultation.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Ability and willingness to travel across assigned regional locations as needed.
• Availability for nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime when required.
