TL;DR

Focus on designing scalable HR programs, resolving complex workplace issues, using workforce analytics, and supporting site growth and operational excellence.

Location: Onsite in Mesa, Arizona, USA

What you will do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with site operations, business objectives, and expansion plans.
  • Advise leaders and employees on employee relations, investigations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent pipelines, succession planning, and workforce planning for hourly and salaried roles.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, audits, and HR risk controls.
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, career development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Oversee HRIS data integrity, compensation processes, performance reviews, and workforce metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR leader.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, workforce analytics, change leadership, and complex employee relations matters.
  • High integrity, discretion, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across organizational levels.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
