Deposit Forecasting Director

Salary: $125,000–$255,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead enterprise deposit forecasting across all deposit products and business segments, including annual forecasts, budgeting, long-range planning, stress testing, and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain forecasting tools to analyze deposit trends, customer behavior, interest-rate sensitivity, pricing, retention, runoff, seasonality, and funding mix.
• Integrate deposit data across Commercial, CRB, regional banking, business banking, wealth, consumer, and other segments.
• Prepare variance analysis and executive-level materials covering forecast performance, risks, opportunities, assumptions, and management actions.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Commercial, CRB, and deposit product and pricing leaders to align forecasts with balance sheet and profitability objectives.
• Govern forecasting processes, data standards, regulatory compliance, internal controls, automation, and continuous improvement while managing a finance and analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in FP&A, Treasury, or financial forecasting.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional forecasting processes.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in Columbus, Ohio; specific flexible arrangements are determined by the hiring team.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• 10 or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, Treasury, or financial forecasting.
• Expertise in deposit analytics, balance sheet management, or deposit pricing and product management.
• Experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
