Associate Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global headquarters in San Jose, California, requiring 3 days on-site per week.

Salary: $127,000–$135,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own strategy, planning, and delivery for assigned product and feature areas across the global product portfolio.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations from concept through launch.
• Write user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and product documentation.
• Present plans and progress to executive leadership and drive execution through agile practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of practical experience in the technology sector or consumer product industries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and organizational levels.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to clearly articulate product ideas and create effective product documentation.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and output.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Post-MBA or MS in Computer Science.
• Internship or professional experience in product management or business strategy at a technology company.
