What you will do

• Partner with US business leaders on organizational priorities, workforce planning, organizational design, team effectiveness, and people-related decisions.
• Advise and coach managers and senior leaders on feedback, documentation, performance, development, and difficult conversations.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance concerns, conflicts, investigations, disciplinary actions, and sensitive employee situations.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, promotion, and compensation review processes.
• Analyze employee feedback, engagement data, and HR metrics to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Support organizational changes, team growth, employee lifecycle processes, and scalable HR operations and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner or similar experience.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and federal and state employment regulations.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and performance matters.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management.
• Strong coaching, influencing, communication, judgment, discretion, and HR data analysis skills.

• Experience in a technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth organization.
