Site Monitoring Product Manager (AI)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, or refugees. Ability to travel up to 30% is required.

Salary: $135,000–$180,000–$198,000 annually in Colorado, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the vision and long-term product strategy for Site Sentry as an agentic geospatial intelligence platform.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch, iteration, roadmap prioritization, and performance optimization.
• Develop autonomous capabilities including report generation, predictive alerts, persistent monitoring, collection recommendations, change assessments, and workflow automation.
• Partner with AI researchers, ML engineers, software engineers, operations, design, GTM, and customers to turn foundation models, computer vision, reasoning systems, and orchestration frameworks into customer-facing products.
• Build the platform strategy across APIs, enterprise integrations, connectors, autonomous workflows, reusable skills, agent frameworks, and model orchestration.
• Drive product adoption, customer value measurement, benchmark progress, and alignment across business and technical leadership.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required; qualifying U.S. Person status also includes asylees and refugees.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, earth science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise software or AI products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous and technically complex product initiatives.
• Experience defining product strategy from concept through market adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI-first or agentic software products and working with foundation models, LLMs, reasoning models, AI agents, or autonomous workflows.
• Experience with computer vision, geospatial AI, remote sensing, Earth observation, or machine learning applied to enterprise workflows.
• Familiarity with benchmark design, AI evaluation, model performance measurement, orchestration frameworks, MCP, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Experience serving defense, intelligence, or national security customers.
• MBA, advanced technical degree, or active/obtainable TS/SCI clearance.
