Senior Product Builder (AI)

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $176K–$207K base pay annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build an intelligence layer that connects hirify.global’s sources of truth and makes organizational data queryable and reasoned-over.
• Define ambiguous problems, make product trade-offs, and own the sequence of what gets built.
• Ship prototypes, internal tools, and agent workflows using AI and LLM tooling.
• Work with GTM, G&A, and EPD teams to understand unanswered questions and improve decision-making.
• Identify and address AI quality issues, including reliability, cost, latency, edge cases, drift, and inaccurate answers.
• Build on the infrastructure created by the Signal Collection and EPD OS initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building and shipping real products, prototypes, or internal tools.
• Recent experience shipping solutions with LLM tooling, with an evolving approach to AI architecture.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems independently and make decisions about when to work alone or involve engineers.
• Experience influencing behavior across organizations through products and communication rather than formal authority.
• Ability to evaluate AI quality across reliability, cost, latency, edge cases, and drift, and to follow issues through after launch.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role. A computer science degree is not required.
