Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL — hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 data analysts through mentorship, performance management, and career development.
• Deliver high-impact analytics projects and oversee team deliverables across the organization.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, KPI frameworks, and governed data models.
• Own Tableau administration, including permissions, licensing, data source governance, server administration, and future platform capabilities.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to deliver reliable analytics and improve stakeholder adoption.
• Lead marketing analytics covering attribution, campaign performance, and marketing measurement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• 2+ years of people management experience or demonstrated readiness for management.
• Required experience in marketing analytics, including attribution modeling, campaign performance measurement, or media mix concepts.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Strong Tableau experience at administrator or publisher level, including data governance, permissions, and server administration.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, project management, and prioritization.
