Senior Analyst, Cross-Border/International Strategy (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Advise financial advisors, internal associates, and branch personnel on cross-border business and help resolve related issues by email or phone.
• Monitor and analyze the organization’s international footprint and jurisdictional exposure.
• Identify process and procedural improvement opportunities and design alternative solutions.
• Assess project risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation options.
• Prepare accurate operational, data, analytics, and risk reports from multiple sources.
• Support stakeholder meetings, engagement activities, project planning, and enterprise readiness assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or International Business.
• 3–6 years of general professional experience.
• Ability to analyze data trends, assess risks, and develop recommendations based on benefits, costs, and stakeholder value.
• Experience supporting business processes, compliance with applicable rules and regulations, project activities, and financial analysis.
• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently while providing guidance to others.
