Business Analyst Senior - Retail Bank Operations (Fintech)

Location: In-office position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (15219), United States

Base salary: $52,500–$105,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, workflows, operational challenges, and reporting needs across Retail Bank Operations.
• Support Retail Lending Solutions and Mortgage Investor Operations initiatives.
• Gather, document, validate, and interpret business requirements with stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Facilitate collaboration between business partners and technology teams, including gap analysis and future process modeling.
• Support project planning, implementation, testing, production releases, and post-production activities.
• Evaluate business solutions, maintain process documentation, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

Requirements

• Business Analyst experience and a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and requirements analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across business and technology teams and work independently.
• Experience with business processes, data analytics, management reporting, prioritization, and project management.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Edge Sales and Service, Service Browser, or CRISS.
• Experience with waterfall models and process, data, or event modeling.
