Business Analyst (Banking Core Systems)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $76.8K–$121.3K annually

What you will do

• Bridge business and technical requirements for core integration requests.
• Facilitate communication among developers, trainers, product, vendors, clients, sales, and services stakeholders.
• Scope project requirements, document risks, and produce clear implementation specifications.
• Resolve obstacles to core integration implementations and support project delivery.
• Maintain documentation, integration trackers, mapping standards, workflows, and procedures.
• Triage tickets, train new team members, and lead initiatives within areas of expertise.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of banking core system integrations and system implementation or customization.
• At least two years of relevant experience as a technical team leader or analyst for banking core systems implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience.
• Basic competence in at least one programming language and familiarity with SQL.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, customer service, initiative, and independent judgment skills.
• Experience developing and documenting business processes, workflows, product architecture, project plans, and executive summaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Application Insights and Kusto Query Language.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
