Business Technology Analyst II (US)

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, United States

Salary: $29.75–$44.50 USD per hour

What you will do

• Deliver enhanced dashboards and portfolio reports covering delinquent collateral, average undrawn availability, non-compliance, inventory reliance, and other exceptions.
• Turn data into actionable information and improve management transparency and decision-making.
• Coordinate maintenance and enhancements for the Stucky system with vendors and hirify.global IT resources.
• Assist with troubleshooting, lead system testing, and recommend technology solution improvements.
• Train and retrain Center of Excellence employees on analytical models, applications, and reporting solutions.
• Work across functions and communicate with leaders, managers, and subject matter experts in a matrix organization.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience, including commercial lending, collateral monitoring, or operations experience.
• Experience with data mining software such as Monarch, Business Objects, Access, Excel, Stucky, and Shaw.
• Ability to assess business needs and develop technology solutions.
• Project management experience with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
