Business Analyst Senior - Retail Bank Operations (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; first shift with occasional night and weekend support.

Base salary: $52,500–$105,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

hirify.global provides retail banking services and operates a broad Retail Bank Operations organization covering branch and ATM cash management, document processing, collections, loan operations, deposits, payments, quality management, and process improvement.

What you will do

• Lead the research, collection, interpretation, and documentation of business requirements.
• Analyze and improve business processes, procedures, workflows, and operational reporting.
• Consult with business clients on solution design, problem solving, and project management support.
• Partner with subject-matter experts, stakeholders, and technology teams to translate business needs into requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and facilitate future-state business process modeling.
• Maintain applicable policy and procedure documentation while supporting risk-aware business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with business requirements, process analysis, data analytics, management reporting, and process management.
• Strong analytical thinking, consulting, problem-solving, requirements analysis, and project management skills.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh office; the role is not fully remote.

• Experience in production work and operations.
• Knowledge of the Waterfall model and business process, data, event, and object modeling.
