Project Coordinator (Temp to Hire) (FinOps)

Location: US - Remote

Base compensation: $28.25–$44.61–$60.96 per hour, depending on factors including experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Maintain structured project data in Oracle and hirify.global platforms to support accurate financial operations.
• Oversee billing cycles, revenue processing, budget modifications, revenue recognition, and financial adjustments.
• Process and resolve financial requests through a centralized ticketing system.
• Support data integration, financial tracking, reporting accuracy, and resource allocation updates.
• Analyze system workflows and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with FinOps and project management teams on billing oversight, revenue monitoring, and budget reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Financial Operations, Sales Operations, or Project Management.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP or cloud-based financial management systems.
• Knowledge of professional services industry standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
