HR Transformation Manager

Location: United States; work is primarily performed in an office environment.

Salary: $99,000–$130,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on location, skill set, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise HR transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle and multiple HR disciplines.
• Identify process, workflow, system, and service-delivery inefficiencies and design scalable future-state operating models.
• Build project plans, implementation roadmaps, governance structures, success metrics, and transition plans.
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and resistance mitigation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business leaders on complex initiatives.
• Use HRIS data, reporting, metrics, automation, and documentation to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience leading HR transformation, operational redesign, or large-scale change management initiatives.
• Experience building processes, frameworks, governance, and operational structures from the ground up.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder-influence, executive-presentation, and project-management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.

• Experience working in a government contracting environment.
• Understanding of the operational, compliance, and workforce requirements supporting contract performance and growth.
• Curiosity about emerging HR technologies and practical AI-enabled workflow improvements.
