What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, global recruiting processes to improve hiring efficiency and consistency.
• Develop enablement programs and playbooks to elevate hiring manager and interviewer performance.
• Define and track key recruiting metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with Finance and TA leadership on hiring forecasts, capacity planning, and performance analysis.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes across global teams.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Recruiting Operations team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement at scale.
• Strong expertise in recruiting metrics, analytics, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to build enablement programs and improve interviewer effectiveness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong program and change management capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
