Head of Recruiting Operations

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid work arrangement

Annual base salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD for the San Francisco Bay Area. Additional salary ranges apply by location, including $179,000–$246,000 USD for California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the global recruiting operations function and build a high-performing Recruiting Operations team.
• Design and continuously improve scalable recruiting and coordination processes, operating rhythms, service-level agreements, and performance standards.
• Build onboarding, enablement programs, interview frameworks, playbooks, and training for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Define recruiting metrics and reporting frameworks covering time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and interviewer effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, business leaders, systems, and IT teams to align hiring priorities and improve workflows.
• Lead change management and promote consistency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across global recruiting teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience improving recruiting processes and driving operational excellence at scale.
• Strong experience with recruiting metrics, analytics, and performance management.
• Experience building enablement programs and improving hiring manager and interviewer effectiveness.
• Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, program management, and change management capabilities.
• Practical, data-driven mindset focused on execution and measurable outcomes.
