Senior Manager, Global People Experience (HR) Operations (Oracle HCM)

Location: Needham, Massachusetts, United States; operational scope covers the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and LATAM.

Salary: $151,800–$185,500 USD annually.

What you will do

• Define and continuously evolve the global People Experience Operations operating model, including guiding principles, governance, and standardized processes.
• Lead People Experience Operations across the Americas while supporting consistent and scalable global employee lifecycle experiences from onboarding through offboarding.
• Own business process design and optimization for Oracle HCM Cloud, including requirements, functionality validation, user acceptance testing, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled automation, self-service capabilities, streamlined workflows, and other digital employee experience improvements.
• Partner with HRBPs, HRIS, Workforce Intelligence, Payroll, IT, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to improve operations and workforce data quality.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing People Experience Operations team and lead through influence across regional teams and Centers of Excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, People Experience, HR Transformation, or a related field.
• Required experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including business process ownership, design, and optimization.
• Experience scaling HR Operations in high-growth organizations and leading global HR transformation, system implementation, process standardization, and change adoption.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled HR capabilities, workflow automation, and digital employee experiences.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, presentation, data governance, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup or scale-up environments growing to organizations with more than 4,000 employees.
• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
