What you will do

• Execute commercial projects supporting the development of new products and processes.
• Analyze client and market information to identify strategic opportunities and recommend commercial improvements.
• Deliver services through direct coordination with customers and hirify.global operations.
• Develop projects that solve commercial and operational business problems.
• Provide practical consultative analysis based on market realities and build trusted client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting, retail, or roles with sales-budget responsibility.
• Experience in commercial positions and customer management.
• Experience using NIQ data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google tools, and CRM or commercial follow-up platforms.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
