What you will do

  • Manage and grow strategic customer accounts, focusing on maximizing profitability and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain trusted, high-level relationships with top executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure high retention and minimize renewal erosion.
  • Own the account P&L, ensuring overall customer satisfaction, success, and compliance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to close complex deals.
  • Apply industry best practices to deliver innovative, tailor-made technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Deep knowledge of current business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Strong empathetic approach to customer relationship management.
  • Must be based in Santiago, Chile

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Previous sales experience specifically within technical solutions.
