Marketing Coordinator (LinkedIn Marketing, GoHighLevel & Marketing Operations)

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking marketing coordination and operational support focused on digital campaigns, lead generation, and organized marketing execution.

What you will do

• Execute LinkedIn marketing, engagement, outreach, and lead-generation campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Manage contacts, pipelines, campaign data, automations, and follow-up workflows in GoHighLevel.
• Coordinate digital campaign timelines, deliverables, performance tracking, and improvement initiatives.
• Organize, repurpose, and maintain marketing content, assets, and brand messaging.
• Conduct market, audience, competitor, prospect, and target-audience research.
• Support leadership with calendars, meetings, priorities, action items, and marketing operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, marketing operations, or executive support.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, digital campaigns, GoHighLevel, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with Typeform, Jotform, or similar form-building platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organization, project coordination, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership.
• Experience with AI tools, marketing automation, content repurposing, CRM, pipeline management, or outbound campaigns.
• Background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience working with U.S.-based businesses or clients.
