Digital Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within the Philippines or Latin America; Metro Manila is preferred. Core hours are 9 AM–5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Develop content strategies aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Write conversion-focused copy for social media, website pages, and PR initiatives, including hooks, headlines, and calls to action.
• Plan monthly content calendars, coordinate reviews, and oversee publishing across channels.
• Track engagement and content performance, using insights to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, leadership, creative teams, and stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Use AI tools and build marketing automations to improve content efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or content creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-performing social media and website copy.
• Exceptional written English with strong attention to tone and grammar.
• Experience writing conversion-focused headlines, hooks, and calls to action.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines independently, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar documentation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media scheduling tools, content calendars, SEO principles, and website copy optimization.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
• Experience with brand systems and content strategy development.
• Familiarity with n8n, Manus, Claude, and SEO tools.
• Ability to attend occasional in-person sessions in Metro Manila.
