Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines – Metro Manila preferred, or LATAM), core hours 9 AM – 5 PM EST

What you will do

• Develop and execute content strategies with high-performing copy for social media, websites, and PR (40%).
• Plan monthly content calendars, coordinate reviews, and ensure brand consistency across platforms (25%).
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions (15%).
• Collaborate cross-functionally on marketing initiatives and support team members (10%).
• Integrate AI tools and automation to streamline content creation and enhance scalability (10%).

Requirements

• 2+ years in digital marketing, copywriting, or content creation
• Strong portfolio of high-performing social media and website copy
• Exceptional written English with focus on tone, grammar, headlines, hooks, CTAs
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion

Nice to have

• Experience with social media scheduling tools and content calendars
• Familiarity with SEO and website copy optimization
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Brand systems and content strategy development
• Ability to attend occasional in-person sessions in Metro Manila
• n8n, Manus, Claude, SEO tools
