What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for UK technical roles across engineering, product, design, and data.
• Build high-quality technical pipelines through GitHub, referrals, open-source communities, technical events, and targeted outreach.
• Partner with Engineering Leaders and Product leaders to clarify technical requirements, calibrate candidates, and design effective assessments.
• Analyse sourcing, screening, and interview funnels, tracking conversion rates, pipeline health, and time-to-hire.
• Optimise sourcing channels, technical interview workflows, coding assessments, and candidate communications.
• Apply AI tools to technical sourcing, profile parsing, and scheduling, while monitoring UK technology market trends and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, ideally with agency experience and a record of scaling engineering or product teams.
• Strong understanding of technical stacks and engineering roles, including backend, frontend, full-stack, DevOps, and data.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive technical candidates beyond LinkedIn, including through GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, and open-source communities.
• Experience partnering with Engineering Managers and Product leaders on hiring strategy and candidate calibration.
• Familiarity with AI tools, recruitment platforms, and hiring funnel metrics.
• Availability for an up to 12-month fixed-term contract and ability to work from the London office 3 days per week.
