Senior Financial Analyst, Decision Support

What you will do

• Source, validate, and analyze business data using SQL, Snowflake, and other analytics platforms.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Build financial models and evaluate business performance, financial drivers, investments, revenue, costs, and capital allocation.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, executive reporting, presentations, and clear recommendations for decision makers.
• Partner with finance, sales, supply chain, commercial strategy, and other business units on transformation and operational-efficiency initiatives.
• Improve reporting, automation, and data processes while adapting to changing priorities and ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and strong business and financial competence.
• Ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment and influence stakeholders across business units.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Snowflake, Python, and other analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 ERP, Salesforce, or TM1.
