Senior Financial Analyst, GTM

Salary: $77,700–$104,500 per year

What you will do

• Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for operating expenses, headcount, and growth initiatives.
• Build and enhance driver-based financial models for forecasting, investment planning, and performance analysis.
• Monitor GTM metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses.
• Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and business reviews.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting packages while improving FP&A processes through automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience supporting commercial, go-to-market, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing organizations.
• Understanding of GTM metrics including pipeline, bookings, revenue, ROI, customer acquisition costs, productivity, and conversion rates.
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, Power BI, Qlik, or similar business intelligence and planning tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and independent working skills.
