Salary: SEK 88,000–102,000 per month

What you will do

• Define the experience vision and architecture for the Engagement Tools product areas and maintain a high quality bar.
• Lead the design of new AI-powered products through ambiguity and product-market-fit exploration.
• Connect design decisions to product outcomes including activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with Product and Engineering Directors on area strategy, roadmaps, and user experience decisions.
• Ensure coherent experiences across the Engagement Suite and its adjacent product areas.
• Recruit, coach, and develop Product Designers while contributing hands-on through shaping, making, and critique.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience, including mid-to-senior management experience leading designers in fast-moving, product-led organisations.
• Proven record of delivering impactful product outcomes through design leadership.
• Strong personal design capability with a portfolio demonstrating craft judgment and range.
• Player-coach leadership style with experience developing senior designers through the work.
• Experience setting experience direction, connecting design decisions to measurable outcomes, and partnering with product and engineering leadership.
• Practical experience applying AI to design exploration, prototyping, and delivery.
