Center Manager (PACE)

Location: West Covina, California, United States — onsite

Salary: $105,000–$119,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Oversee daily PACE Center operations, including participant flow, staffing, scheduling, and service coordination.
• Support interdisciplinary team processes, including assessments, care planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and required timelines.
• Lead center staff through coaching, performance management, workflow guidance, and accountability practices.
• Track operational and quality metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements against Center goals and service-level agreements.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment and address participant concerns, operational barriers, infection control, and emergency preparedness requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience leading teams in senior care services with an elderly population.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, scalable process planning, performance management, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and act with integrity, ownership, and accountability.
• Employment requires compliance with applicable U.S. work authorization verification, vaccination, infection control, and PPE requirements.

• Bilingual communication skills.
• PACE or ADHC/CBAS experience.
