Program Director (Behavioral Health)

Location: On-site in Westminster, Colorado, USA

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually with a bonus structure

What you will do

• Supervise daily operations, including patient admissions, medication delivery, and patient processing.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, terminations, team morale, and performance.
• Oversee service delivery, patient progress evaluation, customer service, and complaint resolution.
• Monitor program performance, revenue collection, expenditures, overtime, infrastructure, and operational standards.
• Coordinate training programs and audits, serving as the Corporate Compliance Officer.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency requirements, including proper staff education, credentialing, and licensing.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in substance abuse treatment services.
• Experience with operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of ethical standards.
