Property Manager – Manufactured Home Community

Location: Onsite in Bryan, TX

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually based on experience, plus quarterly incentives.

What you will do

• Lead the daily operations and long-term performance of Stonehaven Manufactured Home Community and Oakhaven RV Community.
• Supervise, schedule, and develop onsite maintenance, grounds, and contractor teams.
• Manage resident relations, leasing, move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, notices, and community policy enforcement.
• Own property-level budgets, P&L performance, occupancy, collections, expenses, revenue, and operational scorecard metrics.
• Execute home sales, leasing, marketing, showings, follow-up, and occupancy-growth strategies.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, capital improvements, safety compliance, resident events, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of property management experience, preferably in manufactured housing or RV communities.
• Leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Experience managing property-level budgets, P&Ls, or performance scorecards.
• Strong communication, organizational, administrative, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to pass a criminal background check, and ability to perform indoor and outdoor property work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rent Manager software.
• Experience in sales, leasing, or community outreach.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance operations, including landscaping, light plumbing, or painting.
